This is a kind of rye-wheat bread, it is made simultaneously from two types of flour, but it looks more like black, so I will put it in this category. It tastes different from Darnitsky or Borodinsky, but you can also make excellent crackers from it.

By the way, if you want to make small crackers into cubes or straws on your own, then Darnitsky or capital bread is just more suitable for this. Borodino is denser and moister, and crackers will turn out to be harsh when fried.
