Recently, many, especially young families, have been striving to lead a healthy lifestyle in everything, including nutrition. To maintain good health, you need to eat less meat and fatty foods, and more vegetables and dietary foods. Therefore, preference is given to poultry in meat products. For us it is most often chicken. And since the pace of life remains very busy, they try to cook quickly, and chicken is again well suited for this.

One of the fastest and easiest chicken dishes is, of course, cutlets made from ready-made minced chicken. If earlier we looked at such minced meat with caution (it is not known what quality it was, where it was brought from, and it was always frozen and bluish in color), today minced chicken from branded supermarkets is in no way inferior to that prepared at home. Its price is lower, it usually looks much more appetizing than minced meat, so it is in constant demand among housewives.

Chicken can be cooked in different ways, but its meat is still a little dry, so you have to invent dishes with additives that give it juiciness. Minced chicken can also be refined and given the desired color and taste. To do this, spices, herbs and all sorts of vegetable and cereal additives are added to it. For example, minced chicken cutlets with carrots are very good. There is nothing difficult in preparing these cutlets. Fast, simple, beautiful and, most importantly, tasty and healthy.

To prepare minced chicken cutlets with carrots we will need:

minced chicken – 0.5 kg
fresh carrots – 3 pcs.
raw egg – 2 pcs.
onion – 1 pc.
milk – 0.5 tbsp.
white loaf – 3 pieces
garlic – 1 clove
salt, pepper, spices - to taste (you can use curry)

How to cook minced chicken cutlets with carrots:

1. Soak the white bun in milk.

2. Chop the onion in a blender, add bread, egg and beat everything well. If you like it spicier, add a clove of garlic here.

3. Then pour it all into the prepared minced meat from the store, add salt and spices and mix everything well with a spoon. The better we mix, the tastier the cutlets will be. This is a regular version of cutlets.

4. In our recipe we will add carrots, grated on a fine grater, and mix everything together. You will see how the minced meat becomes much fluffier.

5. Then we form cutlets in the form of flat cakes and roll them in flour. They can also be prepared in different ways. If you don’t have time to stand and fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil, place them on a baking sheet, brush each cutlet with a raw egg and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at an average temperature of about 180 degrees. And do something yourself, for example, with a salad. In 30 minutes, your family will be fed a proper and tasty dinner.

Steamed chicken cutlets with carrots turn out to be an appetizing orange color, but the carrots do not greatly affect the taste. Of course, if you didn't take carrots and chicken in equal parts. A crumb of wheat bread soaked in milk will make the cutlets more fluffy, although also higher in calories. Therefore, if you choose this dish based on its low calorie content, you don’t need to add bread.

Most often I use chicken fillet for minced meat - it’s easier to “work” with. The fillet needs to be washed, and then cut off all excess - films, cartilage. Carrots and onions need to be peeled and washed.

Trim the crusts of the wheat bread, cut the crumb into small squares and place in a bowl. Pour in milk and leave for 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place in a blender bowl. You can also use a meat grinder with a fine grid.

Beat a fresh egg into a blender bowl, add salt and spices for the chicken. Grind at high speed for a couple of minutes.

Squeeze out the bread crumb and place it in a blender bowl. Cut the onion into 3-4 parts and place it here. Grind for a couple more minutes.

Now place the carrots, cut into 3-4 parts, into the bowl. Grind for a few more minutes until the minced meat is completely homogeneous.

Take a steaming dish - you can grease it with vegetable oil. With wet hands, form small, neat cutlets and place in the pan.

Cook chicken cutlets with carrots in a double boiler for 30-35 minutes. If this is a multicooker, then pour water into the bowl, place the mold on top and close the lid. Set the "Steam" mode. If this is a double boiler, then place the container in the desired compartment and set the lever at the 30 minute mark.

After the beep, the cutlets will be ready immediately and you can serve them - with salad, appetizers, or side dishes.

1. Prepare bechamel sauce. This is one of my favorite sauces, as it is easy and simple to prepare, and will make any dish tender and juicy.

2. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly.


3. When the flour becomes a little golden in color, add some milk, stirring constantly. You need to make sure that there are no lumps left. then pour in the rest of the milk, bring the sauce to a boil (stirring constantly), add salt and dry dill and boil for 3-4 minutes. Don't forget to stir constantly.


4. Let's make minced meat. Chop the chicken into large pieces for a meat grinder.


5. Peel the onions and carrots and cut them into large pieces.


6. Grind the onions, carrots and meat in a meat grinder.


7. Crumble stale white bread (you need to rub one piece against another - you get small fluffy crumbs) and add to the minced meat.


8. Add egg and salt to taste.


9. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.


10. Form the cutlets and place them in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil.


11. The chicken fries very quickly, after 3-4 minutes we turn the cutlets over and fry a little more on the other side over high heat for 3 minutes.


12. Pour the sauce over the cutlets, cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Juicy chicken cutlets made from tender chicken loin are extremely tasty and healthy if you cook them with raw carrots and add some greens. Your kids will love these cutlets, even if they don't like carrots. How to cook juicy chicken breast cutlets with carrots, onions and herbs

The first thing you need to do when starting to cook is to soak a piece of stale bread in cream. This will give the minced meat a delicate consistency.

Grind chicken fillet, soaked bread, onion and peeled raw carrots through a meat grinder. Add a raw egg, herbs, salt and pepper to this.

To make it fluffy, beat the minced meat with a spoon and add softened butter. Mix and, again, lightly beat. Now you can fry the cutlets. To do this, scoop up the minced meat with a spoon and place it in a heated, oiled frying pan.

Fry the cutlets in separate portions until golden brown.

When everything is fried, put them back into the frying pan, reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Warm up the entire mass of cutlets for 10 minutes.

To prevent the finished chicken breast cutlets from turning out dry, we will prepare them not from minced meat, but from minced meat. How to cook chopped chicken cutlets

To prepare delicious light chicken breast cutlets, we will need:

  • 500 g chicken fillet (from breasts);
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 1 large onion;

  • half a white loaf;
  • 1 glass of milk;

Mix the mixture for our cutlets thoroughly with your hands, add salt to taste and add black pepper. You must knead the cutlet mass with your hands and for at least 10 minutes, preferably 15-20.


Let the minced meat stand for about 15 minutes and you can form cutlets. In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry our cutlets on both sides until an appetizing crust. If you want to get more dietary cutlets or feed them to small children, then cook the chicken not in a frying pan in oil, but in a double boiler or in the oven with the addition of water.
