Ingredients:

  • crab sticks - 200 gr.;
  • cheese - 50 grams;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • flour - 80 grams.

Cooking:

Mince the garlic and grate the cheese. Beat eggs with spices, add sour cream and cheese with garlic to them. We mix everything well.

Sift the flour and add to the batter for viscosity. Dip crab sticks in batter and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
