Pizza has long been transformed from an exclusively Italian dish into an international delicacy. Every housewife has her own favorite pizza recipe, but there are different ways to prepare it, and our site would like to tell you about one of them now. We are talking about the fastest and, perhaps, the most inexpensive method - pizza in a frying pan. Roll out regular pizza dough to the diameter of the frying pan, place it in a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, spread the filling and cook over low heat under the lid. With this method, you will have to prepare and fry or boil the filling in advance, since regular pizza dough is baked in a frying pan quite quickly, and the raw filling simply does not have time to get ready.

Our culinary experts have come up with an option in which all the products are placed in the frying pan at the same time, and in principle there can be no troubles such as unbaked dough or raw filling. The dough for such instant pizza is prepared liquid, like pancakes, the filling is cut thinly and laid out on top of the raw dough, everything is covered with a fairly thick layer of cheese and the whole structure is cooked over the slowest heat under a tightly closed lid. Pizza in a frying pan turns out fluffy, tender, aromatic and - most importantly! - very fast. • The dough should be liquid, like for pancakes. It is usually mixed with mayonnaise, sour cream or kefir. You can also find recipes that use bread or a loaf as a basis.
  • The frying pan should have a non-stick coating and a thick bottom. An old cast iron skillet will also work well. The dough should be poured exclusively into a well-heated frying pan.
  • the filler must be semi-finished. That is, if you add minced meat, you need to fry it first. If you add mushrooms, they should be canned or fried. You need cheese that melts easily. Mozzarella is best.

Although pizza is not very healthy for the body, it has been and remains one of the favorite treats of both children and adults. Many housewives claim that there is nothing tastier than homemade pizza.

The pizza will not turn out perfectly baked if you prepare it following the step-by-step algorithms and recipes described below.

The recipe for the dish is the same. Roll out the dough along the diameter of the mold/pan, place it in it, put the filling on top and bake.

If you cook pizza in a frying pan, then the filling should be fried in advance, because the dough bakes very quickly, and the filling will not have time to reach the ready state.

The most delicious recipes

There are a great variety of recipes - from pizza from ready-made dough to cooking with water, kefir, fermented baked milk, without sour cream and mayonnaise, with a variety of fillings and sauces. We list the most successful recipes for this nutritious dish, which you can use today at home.

Based on mayonnaise and sour cream

The classic frying pan pizza recipe uses mayonnaise and sour cream, taken in a 1:1 ratio.

Required ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream and mayonnaise;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • 9 tbsp. l. flour (without a slide);
  • a little bit of cheese;
  • oil (sunflower, olive, butter - to choose from);
  • filling - according to your taste.

First, knead the dough - the consistency should be liquid, like fresh sour cream. Pour it into a frying pan, having previously coated it with oil, put the filling on top (you can take sausage, pickles, chopped olives, tomatoes and other ingredients to your liking).

Pour mayonnaise over everything and sprinkle with a layer of cheese (the more, the better). Place the frying pan over medium heat for a few minutes and cover with a lid. When the cheese flows, the pizza in the pan is ready in 10 minutes! As you can see, it took a little time, but the result exceeds all expectations!

For the test:

  • 250 grams of kefir;
  • 9 tablespoons flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • half a teaspoon of slaked soda;
  • about 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • a tablespoon of ketchup;
  • a teaspoon of soy sauce;
  • salt;
  • greenery.

For filling:

  • 1 large tomato;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • 200 grams of hunting sausages;
  • seasonings to taste.

For the sauce:

  • tomato paste, ketchup or mayonnaise.

First, you can start cutting the ingredients for the filling. Then you should knead the dough by beating 1 egg with a handful of salt, a glass of kefir, slaked soda with vinegar, flour, sunflower or olive oil.

The dough should be a little thicker than sour cream when it comes out (if it does not flow, but falls from the spoon, this is normal).

Pour a drop of oil into the frying pan and pour out the dough, immediately cover it with a lid. You will need medium heat; you need to fry the pizza until golden brown. If you want, you can turn it over, “grabbing” the other side in the frying pan.

Grease the resulting pizza with tomato paste or ketchup, carefully place a layer of filling, and sprinkle with seasonings to your liking.

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and cook until done; the cheese should melt. Place on low heat, frying the dough under the lid. Quick pan pizza is ready! Serve it while hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley, cilantro or dill.

With curdled milk

For the base you will need:

  • half a liter of curdled milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • flour;
  • vegetable oil.

Yogurt can be replaced with the same amount of fermented baked milk.

For the filling you should take:

  • 300 grams of smoked or hard cheese;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • greenery;
  • mayonnaise;
  • tomato paste;
  • onion;
  • 150 grams of mushrooms and sausage.

Pour a teaspoon of baking soda into a bowl of curdled milk and let it sit.

Fry finely chopped onions with mushrooms. Add salt and chopped sausage. Stir and remove from heat.

Add 2 eggs and a little sunflower oil, as well as sifted flour, and salt to the yogurt or fermented baked milk. This pan pizza recipe means that the dough should be thicker than for pancakes.

Grease a frying pan with oil, pour the mixture into it, and top with the prepared filling. Mix tomato paste with mayonnaise and apply on top. Finely chop the greens and sprinkle the dish with them. Top with thin slices of tomatoes, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake until done.

This pan pizza will turn out surprisingly tender, juicy, soft, and remains that way even after cooling.

You need to take:

  • 100 grams of smoked sausage;
  • 1 sausage;
  • 100 grams of mushrooms;
  • half a tomato;
  • half an onion;
  • 6 olives;
  • a glass of grated cheese;
  • sunflower oil for greasing the mold;
  • a glass of sour cream;
  • 4 tablespoons flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a pinch of salt and soda.

It can be difficult to make a dough with a consistency like sour cream, so the volume of flour should be varied so that it is liquid, like for pancakes. If you want the dough to remain thin (like for Italian pizza), then add more flour.

First prepare the filling. Wash and cut oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms or champignons, fry them for 10 minutes. until the liquid evaporates. “Turn” sausage and smoked sausage into bars or circles.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the onion into thin rings or halves, as well as 6 olives. Cut half a tomato into thin slices.

Mix flour with sour cream, eggs and salt in a bowl, adding slaked soda last.

Pour the prepared dough into a thick-bottomed frying pan, greased with oil, and add mushrooms and sausage on top.

If one of your relatives does not like sausage or mushrooms, divide the filling by placing mushrooms on one side and sausage on the other.

Place chopped sausage on top of this filling, onion on top, then olives and tomato. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and fry until golden brown (10-15 minutes).

Only with mayonnaise

There is not a single gram of sour cream in this recipe; the amount of mayonnaise is 2 times greater than in classic pizza recipes based on these 2 components.

For the base, take 10 tablespoons of mayonnaise, the same amount of flour, 2-3 eggs. For the filling you will need 150 grams of boiled chicken fillet, 100 grams of hard cheese, 1 bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, 6 olives, herbs and butter.

Beat 2-3 eggs, add mayonnaise, start adding sifted flour to get a dough similar to sour cream in consistency. Cool the boiled chicken fillet and cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and sweet peppers without seeds into thin strips, remove the pits from the olives and chop them.

Pour the dough into the frying pan, add the filling, pour over your favorite sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake with the lid closed for about 10 minutes. After the pizza is ready, place it on a plate and sprinkle with herbs.

For the base for 2 pizzas you will need:

  • half a kilo of potatoes;
  • 1 egg;

Sprinkle parsley on top.

On pita bread

You need to take 1 pita bread, a glass of grated cheese, half a glass of chopped pickled mushrooms, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little ketchup and butter, salt, pepper, herbs.

Cut 3 circles of pita bread so that the diameter is slightly larger than the size of the bottom of the frying pan (you will need a little dough for the sides). Coarsely grate the cheese and cut the tomato into thin slices. Finely chop the greens. Mix ketchup with mayonnaise to make a sauce.

Spread a thin layer of sauce on the 1st circle of pita bread, sprinkle with a little cheese. Place the 2nd circle of pita bread on top, brush with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Then comes the 3rd round and sauce for juiciness.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, place the base on the bottom, and turn the heat down to low. Add half the cheese, mushrooms, then tomato slices, cover everything with cheese and cover with a lid. After it melts, your pizza will be ready; just before serving, sprinkle with herbs.

On a loaf

Take 4 pieces of loaf, 150 grams of ham, 100 grams of cheese, 1 sweet pepper, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk and the same amount of tomato paste or your favorite sauce.

First, cut the ham into small cubes, coarsely grate the cheese, remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut into thin slices.

Place the loaf pieces in a greased frying pan and dry them until golden brown over low heat.

Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl, pour the mixture onto the browned croutons. Place pieces of ham and pepper on top. Sprinkle everything with cheese, cover the pan with a lid and keep on fire for 2-3 minutes. When the cheese is melted, place the pizza on a plate and top with ketchup or sauce.

  1. Instead of hard cheese (Altai, Gouda, Swiss, Uglich, Steppe, Latvian, Poshekhonsky, Soviet, Emmental, Limburger, Chester), you can use smoked cheese.
  2. Spinach is perfect for the filling. First, it should be washed, cut into strips, scalded with boiling water, placed in a colander to drain the water, dried with napkins, and then placed on the dough.
  3. You can use sour cream of both 10% and 20%, 30% fat content, mayonnaise - light, salad, table, it all depends on your preferences.
  4. Pizza can be baked either in a frying pan or in the oven at 180 degrees - choose whichever is more convenient for you.
  5. Sauce based on sour cream and mayonnaise perfectly complements pizza with sausage and vegetables; soy sauce goes well with pizza with mushrooms. Mustard and tomato sauces, barbecue and bechamel are suitable for all types of pizza.
