Preparation

Let's start making pizza with dough. According to this recipe, it should turn out watery, similar in consistency to sour cream.
Beat eggs into a bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise, and beat with a whisk. There is no need to add salt, as the mayonnaise is already salty.


Then gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.


The pizza dough in the pan is ready.


After this, pour our batter into the frying pan. The frying pan must first be greased with vegetable oil. Now pour a little ketchup onto the top of the dough and distribute it evenly along the entire perimeter of the so-called cake layer.
Instead of ketchup, you can use any tomato sauce, for example, Krasnodar.


After this comes the turn of the onion. First we clean it and cut it into half rings. I used white onions, you can use either green onions or red onions instead.


Place ham or smoked sausage on the onion layer, which must first be cut into small cubes.

This recipe can easily be called fast food; pizza is perfect for a light snack; it can be prepared for breakfast or an afternoon snack. It is baked in a frying pan, which makes it similar to a regular omelette, only much tastier. The dough turns out very soft and juicy. Therefore, if you like to eat pizza with your hands, like in Italian films, then this recipe is just for you. The filling can be very varied, but the main ingredient is cheese, a large amount of cheese that melts and spreads over the entire surface of the pizza, making it soft and tender. Cooking pizza in a pan will take only 10 minutes, and you will spend another 10 minutes on the preparatory stage.

Product composition:

  • sausage – 400 g,
  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.,

Preparation

Rinse the chicken leg under running water and place in a saucepan to boil the meat. If the meat was frozen, it is advisable to properly defrost it first. To do this, simply transfer the leg to a dry plate and leave it to thaw. Boil the chicken leg in salted water for 30-50 minutes. Then remove from the broth onto a plate and let it cool.

Prepare a separate deep bowl for mixing the pizza base. Add the specified amount of kefir and soda to it. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

For the filling, cut the champignons into thin slices, place them in a heated frying pan, adding 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, chopped garlic clove, pour in white wine and simmer for 15-20 minutes, then season with salt. To prepare the sauce, slice 1 clove of garlic and fry it in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan. Chop the peeled tomatoes. Add the resulting mass to the garlic, add basil and simmer for 10 minutes. Let the finished sauce cool, then generously grease the flatbreads with it, place pieces of ham and mushrooms on top. 500 ml warm water,
1.5 packets of dry yeast,
4-5 tbsp. vegetable oil,
2-3 tbsp. Sahara,
1 tsp salt.

400 g ham,
3-4 boiled eggs,
5-6 tomatoes,
2 onions (you can add a little green onion)
200 g cheese,
100 g mayonnaise,
1 tbsp. ketchup,
greens - to taste.

Preparation:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, wait 15-20 minutes for the yeast to rise, add salt, vegetable oil and, gradually adding flour, knead a soft dough. 3-4 tomatoes,
2 sweet peppers,
10 olives,
½ cup sour cream,
2 tbsp. parsley,
salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Knead the dough from the indicated ingredients and leave it for 20 minutes. Roll out into an even layer 0.6-0.7 cm thick to fit the baking tray. Roll up a rope from the same dough and, placing it along the side of the pizza, brush it with egg yolk. Cut the tomatoes into slices, peppers and onions into half rings. Mix the vegetables and add the pickled cucumber, cut into strips. Distribute the resulting vegetable evenly over the surface of the dough, place the diced cheese on top.
